First Day Of School

Did I tell you I have a FIRST GRADER??? I know, I still can't believe it. Although I hate getting old, there is nothing more fun than having kids and watchin THEM get big. I love each milestone and always say "This is my favorite age" and then they get to the next stage and I say it again. My kids are my pride and joy. I love spending every second with them. Oh yeah, and Morgan is in PRESCHOOL!! When did she get so big!
Waiting for the bus!

Dance, Dance, and More Dance

This summer was spent dancing, A LOT! I loved every second of it. This is one of the joys of having all girls that LOVE to dance. I never danced as a girl, but always secretly dreamed that I did. I am a terrible dancer, so it's fun to see my girls excel at it. In June was their annual dance recital. THEY. DID. AWESOME!! I was one proud mama. Here are just a few pictures from that fun day.

Guess Who's 1!!!

It is so hard to believe that my sweet little Tenlee Marie turned one yesterday! I love her so much. We had a birthday party for her (pictures to come) with family and friends. She loved the icing on the cake for a minute. She definetly didn't love it as much as Kenadee and Morgan did when they turned one.

Today we went to the doctor for her checkup. The doctor says she looks great and is developing right on schedule. She can say a few words like mama, dada, bah bah (bottle), bye bye, hi, aww-ohh. Thats all I can think of for now. She is 29 1/2 inches long (75%), 20lbs 3 oz (35%), and her head is 47.1 cm (95%). Some people think she is SO BIG for her age but she really isn't. The girl just has a few rolls; give her a break! :)

HAPPY BIRTHDAY TENLEE!!

Kenadee's Birthday

Kenadee turned 6! Can you believe it?? I sure can't. It's hard to believe it was that long ago that she came into our family. She is such a sweet heart and I couldn't imagine life without her. She enjoys doing so many things. She is such a good big sister and LOVES being a mom to Morgan and Tenlee. One of her favorite things to do is play with the little girl across the street. I say little because to me she is, but she is actually 13. She is so cute with Kenadee and Morgan and loves to spend any free time she has playing with them.

Kenadee is my little singer. I have always hoped I would have one child that loved to sing as much as me. A few weeks ago Kenadee and I sang a song together in sacrament meeting. SHE DID AWESOME!! She didn't even get nervous and acted like she had done it a hundred times before.

Kenadee also loves to dance. She is on the competition team and loves every second of it. It is so fun being a "dance mom" and watching her at all of her performances. I have a feeling I will be doing a lot more of it for years to come!

Her birthday was April 27th (I am a little behind as usual). Love you so much Ken!!

My Grandma Nelson. I LOVE her!!

Grandma and Grandpa Cookie (Hansen). Aren't they so cute!

Kenadee HAD to have a Tangled cake. I thought it turned out so cute!
(Made by Target....I am NOT a cake decorater)

Birthday girl!

No kisses for you! ha ha

Isn't he such a stud! :)

Vegas Baby!

Over spring break, we have started making it our little tradition to go to Vegas. Even though it's not the most kid-friendly place, we find fun things to do and have SO much fun! This year we took my mom, dad, and Nikki along for the fun. We stay at the Taihiti Village, which even with the slightly colder weather this year did not dissapoint.

Tenlee LOVED the water

I can't wait till we go back next year!

The Wedding

The long awaited post is FINALLY here. THE WEDDING!! It was such an amazing, long, sad, happy, emotional, did I say long?...day. But man, it was a great! It's still hard to believe my little bro is married and has now joined the real world. I don't know if he is used to it yet; ya know, the having to pay for EVERYTHING by yourself! Welcome to reality.
The temple was my favorite part. There is something about sitting in the sealing room with all your loved ones (minus Nikki) witnessing a wedding. It was so awesome. We then walked around the temple and took some pictures. It was FREEZING if you weren't in the sun. Thankfully there was sun and it was a beautiful March day! The luncheon was at the Lion House and was delicious. After that, we had to speed home to get the kids in their cute red dresses. We then drove VERY fast up the Mountain Green for more pictures and the reception. It was such a great day and I am so happy to see my little brother get married to his best friend. They are so cute together and love each other so much. Congrats to Camree and Josh!!
We like taking pics of ourselves for some reason..
She was such a good girl the ENTIRE day! I couldn't have been happier.
