OOPS!!

I was going through my pictures and realized I never posted Morgans birthday pictures! I know, I am terrible. It's never too late is it? Well, my little Morgy turned 3 on September 24th. She is the cutest little thing and I LOVE having her around. She is constantly making me laugh. Some of her favorite things are: anything dora, anything hannah montana, singing to taylor swift, dancing, and playing outside. I love her so much!

Here are some pictures from her parties. It is so hard to get everyone together on the same night, so we had a Thomas party and then a Hansen party on her actual birthday. She had so much fun!

Morgan and Kembrie

Some of the Thomas cousins. They LOVE playing together!

She HAD to have this cake!

13th article of faith

I just wanted to share this video and song of Jenny Phillips. I LOVE the song and was able to be in the studio while some of it was recorded. Jenny is so talented and I am so lucky to be able to be a part of her fireside group. Some of you have been asking me when Jenny's cd comes out that I was able to sing on. It is finally done and you can purchase it on her website at jennyphillip.com. It is called Sabbath Morning. It was all done by our firside group and is such a good Sunday cd to listen to. I am also on Remember the Journey which you can purchase on her website as well.

Hope you enjoy this song as much as I do. It is going to be on her young women cd coming out soon.

Summer Project

I am WAY behind on my blogging. I could blame it on having three kids that take up most of my time...yes that is what I am going to blame it on! Hopefully one day I will get caught up. I thought I would share one of our many summer projects.
One day I got this crazy idea that we should put our trampoline ground level. Sounds like a good idea, right? I don't think it was until it was finally finished that I still thought it was a good idea. We rounded up my dad, brother, and my friends husband to do the job. Kenny was nice enough to dig the hole with the tractor. With a few minor setbacks, we had the project complete a week after we started! After the tramp was done, we got a fence put in. Now I actually feel like we have a backyard. If you know where I live, you know that everyone that drives below my house looks up at all the houses on the hill. I hated not feeling like I had ANY privacy, so the fence was the best addition to our house. Here are the pictures from start to finish. We still have some work next spring to get the grass back to normal, but it is so nice to have done. The kids love it, and I love that I can send them out back and not have to worry about them!

Eight Years

Eight years, three beautiful girls....I am one happy girl!! I am so lucky to have met Chet and be able to share our lives together. He truely is the BEST husband and father anyone could ask for. Although we were both a lot younger and skinnier back then, I fall more in love with him every day that goes by.

(sorry for the not so great pic, my scanner didn't do a very good job)

Thanks to the past 8 years and many more to come! Love you Chet.

First Day Of Kindergarten!!

Well, the day finally came. I thought I was ready for it, but boy was I wrong. It is harder than I thought to send your first one to school! She was definetely ready though. She catches the bus down the street from my house, so I I loaded up the kids and drove her down there. We got there 10 minutes early because I wasn't sure the exact time the bus was coming. It was freezing outside so I was planning on just sitting in the car until we could see it coming, but that wasn't Kenadee's plan at all. She was way to excited and wanted to get right out and wait. When we could finally see the bus coming, she said "Mom, I'm all jiggly I am so excited!" I laughed pretty hard....and then might have shed a tear or two. She was happy to see a couple of her friends already on the bus and jumped right on. She did turn around though so I could get a picture. She is getting so big and I am so proud of her!!

Morgan Is gonna miss her
big sister!

Saying goodbye....

Waiting patiently for the bus.

Finally, it came!!

It was sad to watch it drive away.
When I got back in the car, Morgan wanted to know when her bus was coming so she could go to school. I told her she wasn't allowed to grow up and ride the bus, which didn't make her happy at all! I love my kids. They grow up way too fast!!

The BEST weekend Ever!

My cute little family.

We had the best weekend. It was stressful, but it turned out awesome! We blessed Tenlee on Sunday. We were lucky to be able to have Chet's brother in town from Arizona to participate. It meant so much to Chet to have him there. We missed his wife though, who was in St. George with her sisters. So many came to support us. We are truely blessed to have so many people in our lives that love and care about us. Thanks to everyone who came!

Kenadee recently had her dance recital. I was so proud of her, she did such a good job. I have a feeling there will be many more years of this!!

Getting ready to leave.

Tenlee Marie Thomas

She is FINALLY here! Well, it has already been 2 weeks. (I am a little slow) She was born May 26th at 3:59 pm, weighed 6lbs 9oz and 19 inches long. She is perfect and we couldn't have asked for things to go better. So many people warned me of the dreaded 3rd child and how much harder it is. I guess I am lucky, but it hasn't been too bad yet. Maybe because my other 2 are angels (most of the time). They are the biggest helpers. Ask me again in a couple months...things might be different!
(more pics and info to come)

Happy Birthday!

Kenadee recently had a birthday. She turned 5!! I can't believe I seriously have a 5 year old. It makes me feel so old. She is getting so big. I thought I would list a few things she is up to and will be doing in the next few months:
takes dance and LOVES it
recently sang a song for a talent show(she has an awesome voice!!)
learning to read
finishing up preschool
waiting patiently to be another big sister
getting excited to start kindergarten (I'm not though)
loves riding her new bike outside (if the weather would just be warm!)
Here are a few pictures from her party at the building. She had a blast!

Happy Birthday Kenadee! I love you so much!!
